    Dear Entrepreneurs,

    We are excited to announce the launch of the 3rd edition of the Innovation Prize by AGORA Student Union, the ESCP Foundation, and Blue Factory. The Innovation Prize is designed to support and recognize innovative ventures led by ESCP students or alumni (who graduated within the last three years). This year we have 3 amazing prizes!

  • Prizes valuation breakdown:

    • 1 x 1 0'000 € including 8k in monetary value and 2k of Blue Factory Support
    • 2 x 5'000 € including 4k in monetary value and 1k of Blue Factory Support

    Eligibility and Evaluation Criteria

    The Innovation Prize Competition aims at promoting and rewarding the ESCP Entrepreneurial Spirit. It is for this reason that the competition is open to all projects that are in the prototype stage (working on a product prototype or just entering the market) and of which at least one of the co-founders (or founder) is currently enrolled at ESCP Business School or is a recent alumnus (less than 3 years) of ESCP Business School.

    If you complete those criteria your project will be evaluated based on the following aspects:

    • The team's ability to carry out the project,
    • The maturity of the product/service to be commercialized within the next 6 to 12 months,
    • Demonstration of the need and relevance of the solution,
    • Innovation and added value of the solution,
    • Potential for development.

    Important dates for the Innovation Prize 2024 :

     

    12/02 | Registration open

    10/03 | Applications review by Agora and closure of the registration process

    25/03 | 20 shortlisted applicants interviewed by Blue Factory

    11/04 | 6-8 dossiers selected announced and forwarded to the jury

    25/04 | Online Pitch in front of the jury

    Applications for the Innovation Prize are open from February 12th to March 10th, 2024.

    Two Q&A sessions to answer any queries you may have will be held on:

    Our Process

    The Innovation Prize is a multi-stage entrepreneurial competition, once we have received all of the applications for the 2024 edition the first round of selection will be done.

     

    The AGORA team will select out of all the applicants, 20 will be shortlisted and forwarded to the Blue Factory Team. You can expect around the 25th of March a response on whether your application has been selected to be one of the 20 shortlisted ventures or not.

    The Blue Factory team will then hold individual interviews with each project Team in the following weeks to select 6 to 8 dossiers that will be presented to the final jury. If you are selected as one of the dossier you will be invited to the Live Online Pitch on the 25th of April to defend your project and try to convince the jury that your project is the one that should win one of the amazing prizes.
